Help Your Team Drive Measurable Business Results Through Stronger Connections

85% of job success comes from well‐developed people skills, or soft skills. Yet most companies spend 75% or more of their training budgets on technical or hard skills.

What will a relationship-building focus do for your business?

Challenge

In today's fast-paced business environment, strong relationships are essential for success. However, even employees struggle to build and maintain trust-based connections with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. This can lead to silos, communication breakdowns, and missed opportunities.

Solution

The Galvanizing Group's Connecting Cohort Coaching Program is designed to equip your senior and mid-level leaders with the skills and strategies they need to become effective connectors.

We create a safe place for the participants to interact and develop strong foundations of trust over the 10-week program

Relationship-building is a mindset and a skill set. We teach both.

Through a combination of expert coaching, interactive workshops, and peer-to-peer learning, participants will gain:

  • Enhanced Communication Skills: Learn to actively listen, understand different communication styles, and deliver messages with clarity and impact.

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Discover proven techniques for building trust, rapport, and influence with key stakeholders and develop a customized Relationship-Building Action Plan.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration by developing effective teamwork skills and resolving conflict constructively.
